🚨 SPEED ENFORCEMENT UPDATE 🚨

📍 More speed enforcement has been carried out today by the Neighbourhood Team on Hill Road South and Marshalls Brow in Penwortham.

No speeders were caught today, one of the reasons is likely drivers and pedestrians making oncoming traffic aware of our presence, by flashing their lights and posting our location on Waze and Google Maps.

You might think that you are helping someone avoid a ticket, but in reality, someone who speeds are often found to be committing other offences like having -
